UNLIMITED CALLING (IN & OUT)

The Vocaly mobile first business service offers a unlimited calling plan. We don’t believe in counting minutes or having our customers worry about costly overage charges. Use as many incoming and outgoing minutes as you need. Worry less about non-important business activities and focus more on things that matter.

LOCAL OR TOLL-FREE NUMBERS

Vocaly offers 1-local number with each package. You will have the ability to select any number in or out of your area code. Each additional number is only $5.00 per number and includes unlimited in/outbound calling. Business toll-free number are available as well. Purchase a number from Vocaly and leave your personal number for personal items.

BUSINESS TEXTING AND SMS

All numbers come with text and SMS enabled to allow you to send and receive messages from any mobile device anywhere. The Vocaly mobile first text/SMS service has automatic response capabilities, allowing you to instantly communicate key information to customers when a call is missed. Instantly message a personalized message, link to your website, or marketing material. Our text/SMS service is archived and searchable and can be added to your CRM. Save time and and put your customers first.

VOICEMAIL IN THE CLOUD

Reference your voicemail messages anytime from anywhere. Store as many voicemails, for as long as you want. Send voicemail transcripts to your customer relationship management (CRM) software (Salesforce®, TopProducer®, Wise Agent®), or a note taking software like Evernote®. Import your voicemail transcripts along with an audio file.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (CALL ROUTING)

The virtual assistant is a must have feature for helping you manage your daily phone calls. It can be used on your main number (local or toll-free) or to an employee’s direct number. The VA allows you to set time of day call routing, call in-menu options and ring priority/groups.

The time-of-day call routing feature allows you to set the days and time of day you want your business number to be answered by the virtual assistant. If your business operates from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, your virtual assistant will answer calls during this time frame. During off hours, your virtual assistant can be set to route calls to a voicemail or another member of your team. The Vocaly mobile first virtual attendant can also be set to send a text/SMS message to your caller as a courtesy.

The VA menu option allows your caller to direct themselves to the department they are looking for by simply pressing a number corresponding to that department. This feature can also direct your caller to another team member by choosing the company directory.

Ring groups allow you to group people into teams such as sales or support. Ring groups can be set up to ring a group simultaneously or a sequential order. For example, if you have multiple sales employees, the virtual attendant can ring all the sales employees at once or try the sales employees in a set sequential fashion.

The virtual assistant is easy to set up, can be changed at anytime and can be configured using your Vocaly mobile first app or web portal.

CONFERENCE ROOM

The Vocaly conference room feature is a great way to hold group phone meetings. Our conference rooms can hold up to 40 simultaneous callers and each room can have a dedicated call in number. The conference rooms can be accessed through the virtual assistant and has a dedicated URL to send to conference participants.

CALL RECORDING

The call recording and search feature allows you to record any call with one push of a button and can be configured to automatically record specific lines. The searchable feature is great a way to search calls and voicemails using keywords. This feature is a great way to take and keep notes.

DIAL-BY-NAME DIRECTORY

The dial-by-name directory feature provides customers with instant access to your employees direct phone line without having their number. This feature can be set for all or individual employees and is easy setup. Any members of your team can be assigned to any, or multiple, extensions.​

TEAM FUNCTIONALITY

The team functionality feature allows you to create teams for departmental groups. The feature allows calls to be forwarded to team members as well as share a team voicemail box to collectively respond to calls faster. The team functionality also provides management a more effective way to handle your account billing and call logs.

CRM INTEGRATION

The Vocaly CRM integration feature allows you to keep good records when you miss a call. You can automatically create a CRM contact record for missed calls, and create a contact note that includes the voicemail transcription and call tags.

This CRM integration feature helps you keep a historical account of all contacts you’ve had with a particular customer. Having the voicemail transcripts inside of your CRM helps you remember important details from past phone calls and lets you easily relay this information with other team members.

This feature can be integrated with the most popular CRM softwares like; SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, Top Producer and more. We also integrate with the popular real estate CRM, Follow Up Boss.

APP INTEGRATIONS

The Vocaly app integration feature is a wonderful way to build your business communications using one simple and easy to use product suite. Our product can be integrated with hundreds of apps including; Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar, Dropbox, Google Drive, the possibilities are endless. We have also partnered with Zapier.com, a company that connects apps to automate your business workflows.

SIP SUPPORT

The Vocaly mobile-first SIP support feature allows you to not only use our app but to use a soft or VoIP phone with your Vocaly account. We have a Polycom provisioning server that will automatically configure and provision your desk phone to work with your Vocaly account.
