The virtual assistant is a must have feature for helping you manage your daily phone calls. It can be used on your main number (local or toll-free) or to an employee’s direct number. The VA allows you to set time of day call routing, call in-menu options and ring priority/groups.
The time-of-day call routing feature allows you to set the days and time of day you want your business number to be answered by the virtual assistant. If your business operates from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, your virtual assistant will answer calls during this time frame. During off hours, your virtual assistant can be set to route calls to a voicemail or another member of your team. The Vocaly mobile first virtual attendant can also be set to send a text/SMS message to your caller as a courtesy.
The VA menu option allows your caller to direct themselves to the department they are looking for by simply pressing a number corresponding to that department. This feature can also direct your caller to another team member by choosing the company directory.
Ring groups allow you to group people into teams such as sales or support. Ring groups can be set up to ring a group simultaneously or a sequential order. For example, if you have multiple sales employees, the virtual attendant can ring all the sales employees at once or try the sales employees in a set sequential fashion.

The Vocaly CRM integration feature allows you to keep good records when you miss a call. You can automatically create a CRM contact record for missed calls, and create a contact note that includes the voicemail transcription and call tags.
This CRM integration feature helps you keep a historical account of all contacts you’ve had with a particular customer. Having the voicemail transcripts inside of your CRM helps you remember important details from past phone calls and lets you easily relay this information with other team members.
